Ingredients

sausage

T.
flour of choice
2
cups
milk
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Brown sausage over medium heat.
Add flour and stir. You may add more fat or flour if needed.
Slowly whisk in your milk.
Raise heat a bit and bring to a soft bubble.
Add salt and pepper according to your taste.
If gravy gets too thick, add a bit more milk.
