Easy granola
Easy granola with the perfect amount of sweetness.

- 3 cups rolled oats
- ⅓ cup flax seed meal
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ cup brown sugar or coconut sugar
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 T. water
- 2 T. real maple syrup
Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Add olive oil, water, and maple syrup and stir until well combined and mixture is slightly wet.
Spread evenly on a parchment lined 9x13 bar pan or baking sheet.
Bake at 250 degrees F for 1 hour.
Let cool completely and break into pieces. I like to leave some bigger chunks. Store in airtight container.
