Easy granola

Easy granola with the perfect amount of sweetness.

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup flax seed meal
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 T. water
  • 2 T. real maple syrup


  1. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Add olive oil, water, and maple syrup and stir until well combined and mixture is slightly wet.
  3. Spread evenly on a parchment lined 9x13 bar pan or baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 250 degrees F for 1 hour.
  5. Let cool completely and break into pieces. I like to leave some bigger chunks. Store in airtight container.
