Easy granola

Easy granola with the perfect amount of sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • cup flax seed meal
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ cup brown sugar or coconut sugar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 T. water
  • 2 T. real maple syrup

Instructions

  • Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Add olive oil, water, and maple syrup and stir until well combined and mixture is slightly wet.
  • Spread evenly on a parchment lined 9x13 bar pan or baking sheet.
  • Bake at 250 degrees F for 1 hour.
  • Let cool completely and break into pieces. I like to leave some bigger chunks. Store in airtight container.
