Slow cooker beef stroganoff

Simple ingredients. Simple method. Super delicious.

  • 1-2 lbs of stew meat
  • 1 onion diced
  • 8 oz. mushrooms sliced
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced or pressed
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 2 T. organic worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup water or broth
  • 4 oz. organic cream cheese


  • Dump all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
  • Add the cream cheese and stir/cook until it is melted and well incorporated into sauce.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings if needed with salt and pepper.


Serve over noodles, mashed potatoes, or mashed cauliflower.
