1cupsour creamI prefer Daisy brand
⅜tspsalt
⅜tspgarlic powder
¼tspdilldried
¼tspthymedried
⅛tspblack pepper
Instructions
Measure out 1 cup of sour cream into a small serving bowl.
Add the remainder of the spices.
Stir together thoroughly.
Taste and add more seasonings if needed according to your taste. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for later.
Notes
Every salt is a little different. I use Redmond real salt. If your dip seems too salty for your taste, add a little more sour cream. If it doesn't "pop" with a salty flavor, add a little more.
The dip is best served within the first couple of days but can be kept in the fridge in an airtight container for a week.
Serve with chips, pretzels, pita, or any cut up vegetables.
