Quick and easy pizza quesadilla recipe
A delicious pizza quesadilla made with simple ingredients and comes together in minutes.

- 4 flour tortillas
- 4 tbsp pizza sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 28 pepperoni slices
- favorite pizza toppings
- 4 tsp butter
Pre-heat a skillet or griddle to medium-low heat.
Meanwhile, spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce onto half of a tortilla.
Add ¼ cup of cheese evenly over the sauce on each tortilla.
Add 7 pepperonis per quesadilla and any other toppings you like.
Fold over the other half of the tortilla.
Melt butter in the skillet or griddle and add the assembled quesadillas. Cook for a couple of minutes until golden brown on one side.
Flip to the other side and cook until second side is golden brown and cheese is melted.
Transfer to a plate or cutting board and cut into thirds.
