Slow cooker salsa chicken
Three minute prep salsa chicken. Can be eaten on its own, in tacos, on a salad, in a burrito or over rice.
- 2 lb chicken breasts
- 16 oz salsa
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Place chicken breasts in slow cooker.
Pour salsa and seasonings over chicken.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
Shred chicken and stir into "sauce".
